[ 2008 TEENSCREEN FILMFEST ]
in association with the ATHFEST2008 music arts and kids festival [june 19-22, 2008] the TEENSCREEN FILMFEST will take place on SATURDAY JUNE 21st 2008 and features a lineup of diverse short films made by local teenage artists, including the new short films and behind-the-scenes documentary made by this year's PROJECT::TEENSCREEN workshop team
this next generation of athens filmmakers will be in attendance to present and discuss their films

is a collaborative workshop project involving local teens in the script to screen production of a short digital movie

the 2008 production team is holding an OPEN CALL seeking actors for three short films

[ 2008 PRODUCTION TEAM ]
athens area students meet weekly on saturday afternoons to work together on pre-production planning: screenwriting, character development, art design, casting, and technical crew skills
the team will begin production shooting in april and post-production editing in may to complete their films and behind-the-scenes documentary about the production process to screen at the 2008 TEENSCREEN FILMFEST
